- April 7, 2015 – FreedomVoice Awarded 5-Star Rating in CRN's 2015 Partner Program Guide
FreedomVoice today announced it has been awarded a 5-Star rating in The Channel Company’s CRN 2015 Partner Program Guide. This annual directory is the definitive listing of technology vendors that service solution providers or provide products through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
FreedomVoice’s innovative partner program combines comprehensive sales, marketing and training tools all designed to ensure partners’ ongoing success. Channel partners initially participate in an onboarding process that incorporates both technical and sales training. Then, FreedomVoice provides a number of co-marketing programs to help acquire customers. When a partner signs its first client, FreedomVoice engineers guide the partner through a “white glove” installation process to ensure the process goes smoothly. In addition, each FreedomVoice partner is assigned an account manager who provides weekly guidance as well as quarterly sales and marketing planning assistance.
To determine the 2015 5-Star recipients, The Channel Company’s Research team assessed each vendor’s application based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
“Solution providers have a lot of choices when it comes to selecting vendor partners. Identifying the right vendor, with the right technologies, and the right approach can make all the difference,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “Our annual Partner Program Guide and 5-Star rating recognizes the best channel programs available in the market today to help solution providers determine which vendors deliver the best partner elements for their individual business goals.”
Chris Sterbenc, Vice President of Sales, FreedomVoice, said, “We are deeply committed to the success of our partners and have invested significant resources to ensure they have the training and tools to achieve their business goals. From our Onboarding program through our quarterly sales and marketing planning support, we work hand-in-hand with our partners to ensure their success. CRN’s 5-Star Partner Program rating is quite an honor, as it validates our efforts and ongoing commitment to our partners.”
The 2015 Partner Program Guide will be featured in the April issue of CRN, and online at http://www.CRN.com.

- March 19, 2014 – FreedomVoice Launches New Partner Program for VoIP Resellers and MSPs
FreedomVoice today announced exciting new changes to the FreedomVoice Partner Program, focused on increasing the success of MSP and Reseller partners.
This new program is designed to meet the unique business challenges and needs facing both the MSP and Reseller models today.
Historically, it has been difficult for partners to offer VoIP Telephony solutions at a decent profit margin, due to the complexities of dealing with carriers, tax and regulatory issues, and low hardware margins. FreedomVoice is changing the game by making voice easy to sell, frictionless to install, and offers a unique high margin pricing model.
By building separate programs for MSPs and Resellers, FreedomVoice is creating a business model designed for partner and customer success. Each program has three tiers: Partner, Premier and Elite levels. The tiers have increasing requirements for eligibility, but offer commensurate sales, marketing and technical benefits to the partner. Key benefits include:
- Effective training and quick path to revenue
- Priority case handling
- Co-branded marketing materials
- Dedicated Account Manager
- Dedicated Marketing Manager
- MDF support
“We are firmly committed to the partnership model,” said Chris Sterbenc, Vice President of Sales for FreedomVoice. “FreedomIQ is 100% channel-based, and we know that partnership is always a two-way street. We do everything we can to provide our partners, whether they’re MSPs or Resellers, with all the tools and support they need for success. Our pricing model is unique in the industry, and allows our partners to take control of their margins.”
All new partners are guided through a comprehensive onboarding program designed to increase knowledge about the FreedomIQ platform, available marketing resources, and sales and technical training. Supported by a regional Channel Manager and dedicated Account Manager, FreedomVoice is there whenever a Partner needs a hand.
“Our partnership with FreedomVoice has always been a strategic part of our cloud computing portfolio,” said Imre Szenttornyay, Managing Member of Beast PC. “The FreedomIQ range of VoIP services fills the gap for the small to medium business that is seeking an enterprise class business voice solution at an affordable monthly price point. Doing more with less cost is every small business owner’s challenge, and FreedomIQ surpasses all expectations.”
