Wrapping Up Customer Service Week
We are wrapping up our celebration of customer service week, and our week of FreedomVoice customer care team highlights, with one last profile.
FreedomVoice is proud to provide telecom tech support that’s in a class of its own. We recognize the importance of true customer care, and we strive to provide only the very best support – all year long! When you call us, you will always be connected to someone who takes the time to listen, understand, and think creatively to get the most out of your service.
Daryn Forbins has worked at FreedomVoice about a year and a half helping customers on the billing side of things. Her favorite part of helping customers is solving their problems so they are happy and satisfied. She says she doesn’t have a favorite customer success story because she tries to make EVERY call a success story.
Daryn’s favorite part of working at FreedomVoice is her co-workers and the company as a whole. She has a 16-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter, and in her spare time she is focused on exercise and improving her health (although she says she has a love of ALL foods).
Thanks to hearing about a FreedomVoice co-worker’s recent trip to Italy, Daryn would like to travel there herself one day. If she was stuck on a deserted island and could only bring one thing, Daryn would choose to bring water or food.
While that wraps up our highlights of customer care members for the week, we would like to acknowledge every member of the customer care team and thank them for all that they do.
